Motivation

Reward yourself in advance.  Find a dress/suit that you would like to purchase to celebrate reaching your goal weight or size - tape it to where you can see it daily.  If you can, go ahead and buy it (could be a pair of jeans you've always wanted) in advance so you have it/them on hand when you finish the program.  Leave the tags on in case you are smaller than you planned.  Now that is a great problem to have.
